What happens to my regular SIM when I use an eSIM?

Can I top-up my eSIM data?

How do I switch between eSIM profiles?

What is your refund policy?

Unused eSIMs are eligible for a full refund within 48 Hours. Once the eSIM has been scanned or activated, it cannot be refunded, though transfers may be allowed in some cases.

What to Do If You Don’t Receive the QR Code?
